| § 1 Abbreviations It is forbidden to abbreviate the following in any other manner than allowed explicitly by this law in both official and public statements, regardless if spoken, written, or in whatever other medium. 1. The Title of Seiner geradschanische Majestät, Maharadscha aller Radschas, König der Könige, Fürst der Fürsten von Malivia, Schutzherr der Gläubigen, Leiter und Oberster Guru des Geradscha, Herr über Polkana, Lord-Protector Dendars', Sultan über Washibar und die Washitischen Inseln, Hochkönig von Itaki, Erzfürst über die Hochlande von Walkunia und Groß-Guphta der Niederen Walkunia; Verteidiger des Geradschanischen Glaubens, Wächter über die Malivianische See, Radscha Joseph Hundya II . Respectable abbreviations are Seine geradschanische Majestät, Maharadscha aller Radschas, Verteidiger des Geradschanischen Glaubens, Radscha Joseph Hundya II. or the English equivalent His Gerajan Majesty, Maharaja of all Rajas, Defender of the Gerajan Creed, Raja Joseph Hundya II. However, it is only allowed to use the abbreviated form of His Gerajan Majesty, Maharaja of all Rajas, Defender of the Gerajan Creed, Raja Joseph Hundya II.'s title, if the full title has been used at least once at the first possibility in the statement. 2. The title of Seine Exzellenz, Großfürst und Erster Diener unter der Sonne, Auge und Ohr, Mund und Zunge Seiner Majestät des Radschas, Erzkanzler may be abbreviated like Seine Exzellenz der Erzkanzler (male form) or Seine Exzellenz die Erzkanzlerin (female form). the english equivalent is: His/Her Excellency the Archchancellor 3. The name of Die Hohe Versammlung der 75 Rajput, Fürsten und Berater Seiner Majestät des Radschas may be abbreviated as Die Hohe Versammlung Seiner Majestät des Radschas in English The High Congregation of His Majesty the Raja 4. The name Great Gerajan Alorian Kingdom of Malivia, Abode of Welfare may be abbreviated as Great Gerajan Alorian Kingdom of Malivia or Kingdom of Malivia or Malivian Abode or Abode of Welfare the German equivalent: Großes Geradschanisches Alorianisches Königreich von Malivia or Königreich von Malivia or Malivische Wohnstatt or Wohnstatt der Wohlfahrt However, the first version may be used freely, the second only in diplomatic matters or after the full name has been used at least once in the first possible place in the statement, the third and fourth only in religious statements and only after the full name has been used at least once in the first possible place in the statement. 5. The name Seiner Majestät des Radschas Göttliche Hochburg may never be abbreviated. It is however legal to use the English equivalent His Majesty the Raja's Divine Stronghold 6. The name Erhabenes Stammland Seiner Majestät des Radschas may never be abbreviated. It is however legal to use the English equivalent Exulted Constituent Country of His Majesty the Raja §2 Fines If the above titles are abbreviated by any other means than sanctioned by this law, the offender will be punishable by a fine of 100 daly rates, for consecutive offences by a fine of up to 360 daily rates or up to 6 months in prison. If a newspaper publishes texts containing illegal abbreviations, it shall be punished by a fine of 1000 to 10 000 Malivian Crowns. If consecutive offences occur, fines can go up to 300 000 Malivian Crowns. The individual author of offending articles are also accountable, though not for the first offence. §3 Exemptions Exempt of this law are only politicians serving in the government or in the High Congregation of His Majesty the Raja, as well as party leaders and higher functionaries of recognised parties, as well as foreign ambassadors and diplomats. In the last case, it is the Minister of Foreign Affairs privilege to expulse frequent offenders from the country if necessary. |
