| Message | Kirlawa's population continues to shrink, again leaving us with a deficit of about one-and-a-half trillion KDI. To continue to fight this deficit, we'll cut the budget across the board again, this time by one-sixth, with further similar decreases being likely soon. This is not a reduction in services per person: since the total number of people is declining, a lower total amount of spending can continue to provide the same level of services per person as before. |
