| Message | Mr Speaker, A suit of law is currently being reviewed by Imperial Court to determine if the SDP's actions when it raised the income tax above 10% were illegal. Seeing as if the court rules that these actions were illegal, any revenue stemming from tax rates higher than 10% will not be collected, this bill, while disgusting, is worthless. I yield. |

The Diet can pass as many laws as it wants, if the Court invalidates them all they will all be invalid.
