Bill: Cultural Hispanization
Details
Submitted by[?]: Revolutionary Liberation Front
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3116
Description[?]:
Dear Amigos, It has come to our atención that there are no Hispánic countries in the Particracy world. We sink dat Cobura could pretty mucho fulfill this room, since we already have many Spanish-speaking politicians, including our long-serving El Presidente, Señor Juan Rivera. Therefore, we move this bill to adapt the whole cultura of Cobura into an Hispanic heritage, even if we will still use English as the common language for everyday communication. Ay, caramba! |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
Random quote: "Colonialism or imperialism, as the slave system of the West is called, is not something that is just confined to England or France or the United States. The interests in this country are in cahoots with the interests in France and the interests in Britain. It's one huge complex or combine, and it creates what's known not as the American power structure or the French power structure, but an international power structure. This international power structure is used to suppress the masses of dark-skinned people all over the world and exploit them of their natural resources." Malcolm X |
