For safety and administrative purposes, let us require each citizen to own an Identity Card. This would help police apprehend criminal more efficiently and it allows government to provide better and more accurate services to its citizens as they can now access a database of its people. However, we believe citizens should not be subjected to carry their ID's at all times. |
