| By passing of this bill, a martial law will be declared in all parts of Darnussia. 1. a) Provincial curfews will be implemented in Kozaria and Alkavon. b) All local political offices shall cease to exist in Kozaria and Alkavon and the local government's shall be ran by members of the National Police Force or the Armed Forces. National government will remain untouched. c) A province wide ban on guns shall be set on Kozaria and Alkavon, and only those who are granted a special licence by the Ministry of Interior Affairs are allowed to own weapons. d) Every citizen and Darnussian national is obligated to inform the National Police or the Armed Forces for any violations of the limitations set in sections a, b and c. 2. Everyone who violates anything set in article 1: a) are declared outlaws by the government of Darnussia, with their civil and human rights revoked. b) can be killed by the police, the armed forces, or the licenced paramilitaries without consequences. 3. a) Every paramilitary or political organisation that does not have a license from the ministry of internal affairs are hereby declared terrorist organisations, and all their official and unofficial members are hereby declared terrorists, which is punishable by death. b) Every political party present at the parliament shall be granted a license for the time being. This does not include the absent parties. 4. Full mobilization of the Darnussian Armed Forces shall began immediately, under the direct command of the government. 5. International dead-or-alive bounty of 10,000,000 rupans shall be put on the head of a notorious terrorist Arthur Oswald Bronstein V, as he is wanted for terrorism, treason, crimes against democracy and crimes against humanity. - Signed, Martin St. Antonius President of Darnussia |
