MessageMr Speaker,

If there are to be spending cuts to accommodate the allegedly impending tax cuts, then at least make the cuts proportion-able, that is make cuts across all departments that the larger, more important departments do not suffer the worst. As it is, Rutania may be the worst funded nation of significant power. Such a situation is precarious and simply unacceptable. This is not a well thought out bill. Seeing that such a move will impact Rutania massively, it is a wonder how the URP cannot make the proper considerations befitting this regard. This being, the RSL will not vote for this ill-thought, irresponsible, bill of self-persecution, and I urge all other parties to do the same.
