Message | The strict license conditions are intended to keep guns out of the hands of potentially violent or unstable individuals from acquiring guns. Apart from this it places controls on where and how guns are to be used. |

Message | The bill is actually designed to defend citizens from people who have no right carrying guns in public spaces. Are we to allow tourists visiting the country buy weapons and then potentially use them against our own citizens? This is of course just an example but its aim is not to defend a dictatorship but rather provide a more safe environment for the citizenry. |
