| Mr. Speaker, Vereinigt Dorvik finds that our current laws cause too many unwanted side-effects. For example, abortions that are happening considered illegal are being formed outside of the Health Care system, which leaves it open to unsavory methods and non-government regulation. We also find that unwanted children who are born are developing pshycological trauma of having a parent who does not want them, or are living at subsistance levels. Therefore, we believe the proposal below to be the most humanitarian option. |

Old value:: Abortions are only allowed in medical emergencies.
Current: Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters.
Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the first trimester.
