Message | Rt Hon Viscount Towsend MP, Leader of the Oppositon, Mr Speaker, we are torn on this issue. We see both benefits and negatives. We as a party can see that more quota accumulation means that parties can keep their quota allocation longer but also it means governments and other parties may be less likely to keep a steady stream of legislation....and save quota for one all-encompassing Act. We truly are unsure of the way to vote and i believe an abstension may serve the HCP on this Bill. |
