Message | Religion right now us legal, but with so many restrictions that religions will have a near-impossible time recruiting followers. As we said in the bill debate on the legalization, we will work hard to keep such restrictions in place. Any that are lifted, we will have to hear a very, very good reason if we are to support such lifting. Religions right now can do nothing to try to convert or indoctrinate people; the only thing that has changed is that they themselves may go to worship and need not hide that they practice. With the restrictions in place, we believe that we have a tolerable situation as is. |
