| Message | Rt Hon Viscount Townsend MP, Hutorian Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, i believe that we should turn Hutori into a tax haven. I believe that if we look at the corporation tax levels across the world - http://classic.particracy.net/viewvariable.php?variable=CORPORATION_TAX - we will find many states have the same idea. Mr Speaker, i believe this will draw in better quality foreign business and increase standards of Hutorian businesses. This will in turn pass savings on to the Hutorian taxpayer. Yes the state will lose whatever current revenue we gained through corporation tax but i believe if we need to we can simply cut public spending or call on our overseas investments to fill that particular gap. I would also like to hear the Chancellors opinion on this matter. Mr Speaker, i believe that this will also allow small businesses to develop without the hinderance of corporation tax slowing down potential expansion and growth. This decision will be taken in the best interests of the people and the Hutorian business community and i believe this Bill will make our states goods and services a higher quality and more importantly cheaper to the ordinary Hutorian citizen. |

| Message | Rt Hon Viscount Townsend MP, Hutorian Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, we thank the Imperial Democrat Leader for her sentiments regarding this Bill. Under the proposed Hutori would indeed allow business to flourish - more Hutorians can invest in their own business or stock markets etc. and would lead to a better society - One built on solid economic foundations. We hope to lure multi-national corporations to Hutori to provide competition with our own Hutorian companies. This is indeed the way forward and the state will no longer be suffocating growth through taxation. |

Mr Speaker, sadly there is no distinction between sizes of corporations, therefore we are supporting this because small business needs a chance to grow and survive. It is also my belief that the wealthy will end up paying in their income tax, therefore the state still gets its due support. |

If the money is not paid in a salary to the owner of the corporaton then there is no income tax paid upon it. If it stays in company accounts then it will get the 0% tax rate. |
