| Be it enacted by the Imperial Parliament of Imperia Narikaton, That with the passing of this Act that the position of Imperial Viceroy will be terminated after the next Parliamentary elections and the position of HoS will fully fall upon the Monarch of Imperia Narikaton; and That the Colonial Territories known as Area 1 and Area 2, shall be each administrated by a Imperial Viceroy in the name of the Empire; and that each Viceroy shall have invested in them the power to act as they see fit in administrating and ruling the Areas in order to keep peace and stability in them; and That a Colonial Imperial Council shall be established in each Colony to assist the Viceroy in his duties and in bring representation for the peoples who live in the Areas to the Viceroy; and From this moment forward, all new colonies shall be governed in the same manner each have their own Imperial Viceroy who is appointed by the Monarch themselves, Therefor be it resolved, that the position of Imperial Viceroy shall be disbanded at the Imperial Governmental Level, and moved to that of the colonial Government Level. |

| Message | OOC: We will propose a bill after the election which will be OOC in which to get rid of the Viceroy position. Kahler will run a "." in the elecion and when that is elected we will get rid of the title. While I ask everyone to vote on that bill, we of course cannot force you to do so, however it will be OOC. As for the Viceroys in each reason, we will do symbolic votes on them every now and then. However for the Councils, I think it would be fun if we have the party that wins those regions control those Councils, so the Viceroys might have some trouble if the Councils do not agree with him, however he can just overide them and yes everyone on a Council or is a citizen which means they have to be of the Narki people. |
