While generally the ILA is very supportive of local governments having more control, we do oppose giving local governments control of healthcare. Healthcare must remain an entirely private matter. Government has no place in making decesions for the everyday needs of the people. The free market, which allows luthorians to choose their healthcare, is more than capable of doing that without intrusive government meddling.
