Message"But it does mean the majority of profits from CEO salaries and the like will go overseas - as well as a loss to our higher end executive populaition, the last thing Deltaria needs is a brain drain. We should invest in our people, only to have them made redundant by having our people used only as cheap labour for the international community."

MessageThe LCP said it exactly right, foreign companies will like to go where there is cheap labour. The last thing we want is for our workers to be made redundant to be replaced by workers from the other side of the world slaving away in sweatshops. If this gets through, the last farm will follow the last factory overseas.

Message"We also have concerns with International Media regulations. Deltaria has set standards that are appropriate and that reflects the values of our culture and our society. A film should not be able to flaunt these regulations because they were made overseas - not only will that force film makers to go overseas and import films to our nation to compete, but it will allow even the very worst, most repugnant, most illegal images into the homes of our families without recourse. This is simply a loss of money to foreign lands, and a loss of our decency and our ability to express a unified community outrage at disgusting acts, no matter where they take place."

Liberal Conservative Minister for Education and Culture
