MessageThis is draconian. So much for the freedom-loving Marxists. Puts the lie to your "we must be nude to be free" argument. Articles 3 and 4 are completely horrendous. Article 2 is unclear; I prefer religions to be treated just like any other non-profit. As for 1, that goes too far, though I'd be willing to require screening of missionaries before entry.
