Message | Rt Hon Duke Townsend MP, Leader of the Opposition, Mr Speaker, we will answer Mr Hadley. Our point is that schools should be left to operate as independently as possible. It is much a matter about reducing state bureaucracy and giving schools freedom to operate as they choose. Why should the state be interfering in matters such as this - the answer is that they shouldnt. Mr Speaker, the only things we should be concerned with is exam results of pupils and thats it! The state needs to take a step back and stop interfering in every aspect of daily life. |
