A proposal of the SPP to ensure the efficiency and the actual presence Cabinet:

Dear Colleagues,

this is a constitutional proposal: we demand the highest availability of all forces. The proposal is:

Art. 1: the new President-elect must submit within 12 months a coalition of 50% +1, otherwise, will be new elections.

Art. 2: The Cabinet, at the expiry of his term, should resign. This will be a maximum of 2 months before the election.


This proposal will become law with the approval of 2 / 3 of the Senate.
