Message | OOC : is this a legit coalition vote? What would civil liberties fall into regarding Cabinet Minister - and Prime Minister doesnt count as a ministry with a set of laws. Im just checking to make sure everything is correct. |

Message | OOC: I was unsure too, I thought Internal Affairs perhaps? Though it falls under Civil Liberties which doesn't have a ministry of it's own. I think maybe if it is unclear, the Prime Minister or the DPM could propose it with the backing of their cabinet ministers? |

Message | OOC : well, the Prime Minister doesnt have a ministry as such - he just oversees the Cabinet. I too thought internal affairs so the whole thing is ok then. |
