| Due to recent international tensions along Terra over the Kalopia dispute and terror attacks, then the Government of Likatonia is creating the Military Reform Act, 3162. This MRA will further our military's strength for the forecast by foreign relation experts on current Terra conflicts and Likatonia's role in several important Treaties which may involve peace-keeping missions for our Armed Forces. Note: Restrictions for Article 3: Use of Land Mines only when the LAF is outnumbered by enemy forces, or when securing a strategic retreat. This MRA is too be in effect until tensions across Terra cool down, then the current Government is too re-examine these policies. |
