A collection of changes that i feel need to be made to benefit our people. they are entirely fair but not too extreme. i will leave this in debate for a while so if you have any issues raise them. |

Old value:: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed anywhere, but only by adults.
Current: Alcoholic beverage regulations are not imposed by the government.
Proposed: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy on subsidising contraception.
Old value:: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Current: The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets.
Proposed: The government subsidises a considerable discount for contraceptives.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy towards daily working hours.
Old value:: The government has no policy concerning daily working hours.
Current: The government obligates trade unions and employers to negotiate the daily number of working hours.
Proposed: Daily working hours are regulated by the government.

Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
