Message | The RLP is split on this matter...while we agree that children deserve the best possible environment; we have a problem with setting up another massive bureaucracy to oversee the people of our land. We would like to se more details on the tests to be administered as well as details on the level of survalience proposed for those who circumvent the test. Also, would current parents be forced to take the test as well? |

Message | As is the RLP, the AAS is similarly torn... but we feel there is a fundamental injustice that DEMANDS testing if you want to adopt, but allows absolute freedom to those who reproduce biologically. It's like a stituation where you have to get a license for a gun you buy, but not for one you find.... |
Date | 15:25:10, November 25, 2005 CET | From | Progressive Party | To | Debating the Progressive Reform Bill - Parental Qualification Testing |
Message | Parents would be tested based on behavioral questioning and there would be a grandfather clause where current parents when the bill passes (if it does) would be exempt from testing. |

Message | We'll agree, but watch it for costs. If the cash flow run on this is too terrible we'll change our stance on it. |
