| Dear President, Dear Foreign Minister, Dear Government, ministers and senators, Solentia has received this letter from the President of the Federal Republic of Likatonia, Rob Fournes: "Greetings Solentia, We, the Federal Republic of Likatonia, have recently been attacked by the Kalopian Imperial Army. They set off terror attacks in our capital city and killeds hundreds of citizens. We, in a rash and misguided decision, arrested all the Kalopian citizens in Likatonia. They have since been released, or those who are not connected to the Kalopian Imperial Army have been. However, the Government of the Federal Republic of Likatonia have decided that justice must be brought to the masterminds behind the attack and the terrorists who escaped our National Police. We are considering an armed intervention into Kalopia to capture or execute the militants behind the bombing. Do we have Cobura's significant support in this issue?
