| His Imperial Majesty's Government, acting on behalf of His Imperial and Most Illustrious Lutheran Majesty, Franz VII, Defender of the Faith, by the Grace of God, Emperor of Hulstria, do hereby authorize the following actions to assist our friends in the Kingdom of Kafuristan from foreign threats and to ensure stable trade within the area in the South Ocean of Majatra; Article I: Section 1- His Imperial Majesty's Ministry of Defense of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria do hereby authorize the mobilization of a task force from His Imperial Majesty's Imperial Navy. Section 2- The task force will act on behalf of His Imperial Majesty and His Imperial Majesty's Government to see through the protection of trade with the Kingdom of Kafuristan, protect interests in the area, and participate in peace-keeping activities. Section 3- The task force will assist Kafuri naval forces in protecting their habors and important coastal trade cities and towns. Section 4- The task force will additionlly work with the Imperial Fleet from Luthori who will also be assisting Kafuristan. Article 2: Section 1- The Imperial Navy task force will be authorized to act in self-defense should they come under attack by a hostile foreign entity. Section 2- After it is determined that the crisis in the South Ocean has ceased the task force will be brought back home to the Imperial Crownlands and resume regular operations. |

| Message | Mainly the Federal Republic of Likatonia. They are looking to expand their influence by trying to flex their muscle to South Ocean allies and engage in dangerous behavior, as in conducting armed drone operations over several countries which is seen as a breach of sovereignty by many. Kafuristan is an ally of the Imperial Crownlands and we have many interests in that area. We will be working with our fellow ally, Luthori, whose own monarch is part of the Rothingren-Traugott Imperial Dynasty, the same house that reigns over this land. The resolution does not call for war, only for us to engage in self-defense if attacked, only to help protect Kafuri, and help see through the end of this Crisis. |
