Message | Military Numbers: 772,152 Active Soldiers Permanent Naval Ships: 1 Troop Ship Permanent Aircraft: 100 UAVs and 2 Bushplanes Standard Issue Weapons: 100,000 Cildanian Model 3100 Pistols (9mm) and 100 firework-type cannons The militias provide much of the weaponry for the military. Until establishment of the militias we were forced to offer subsidies for the purchase of weapons. It is the opinion of the Imperial Defence Council that we are in desperate need of standardisation and planning. |

Message | The Imperial Cildanian Army would be best suited with it's weapons being primarily defensive and secondarily mobile. As part of the mobility requirement the ICA demands strong amphibious capabilities. |

Message | OOC: I am planning for one of the ICAF planes to be the F-35C with the added features of the CF-35. I can think of why a rather warm country such as Cildania would need the Canadian cold weather upgrades; a good example would be the likelihood of CIldania fighting in a cold climate like Southern Majatra. |

Message | OOC: I forgot to mention that if Israel procures F-35 aircraft that I would probably update Cildania's fighters with Israeli upgrades. |

Message | OOC: My choice for air superiority fighter will probably be the Sukhoi Su-30MKI due to it's multirole capabilities. |

Message | OOC: I am planning for the CIAF not to maintain it's own trainer aircraft and instead for pilots to be trained at institutions of higher learning separate from the military. |

Message | OOC: I am planning to use the KC-30A/KC-45 for the roles of tanker and transport due to it's greater size and payload compared to the KC-46. |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
Random quote: "Those who are responsible for the national security must be the sole judges of what the national security requires. It would be obviously undesirable that such matters should be made the subject of evidence in a court of law or otherwise discussed in public." - Unattributed member of the the House of Lords on the removal of trade union rights |
