| From: His Excellency, Mr Yussuf ibn Muhammed al-Hammad, Secretary of the Empire of Kafuristan, Representative of the Kafuri Emperor and the Queranzári People, Administrator of the Government of Kafuristan. To: The Honourable Members of the Queranzári Gathering. Subject: Declaration of War against the Federal Republic of Likatonia and its Allies In the name of Akim, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful, Honourable Members of the Queranzári Gathering, In the name of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Hassuf I, the Government of Kafuristan asks that the Queranzári Gathering accepts and passes the following resolution; Whereas the Government of Likatonia has formally declared war against the Monarch, Government and the people of the Holy Ranz'riah Empire of Queranzári Kafuristan: Therefore be it resolved by the Queranzári Gathering, That the state of war between Kafuristan and the Government of Likatonia which has thus been thrust upon Kafuristan is hereby formally declared; and the Government is hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire naval and military forces of Kafuristan and the resources of the Government to carry on war against the Government of Likatonia; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all of the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Queranzári Gathering His Imperial Majesty's Government asks Kafuristans allies to help and intervene in the war and bring swift justice to the aggressors, Likatonia and its allies.
