FROM THE SUPREME PRESIDENT:

"By the inherent right and powers vested within the Supreme Presidency, I, Frasier Duvalle, initiate and recognize the following document for the purpose of installing two appointees to the vacated offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Science."

EXECUTIVE ORDER III

Appointment of Acting Ministers to the Ministries of Agriculture & Science.

Section I: Statements

Article 1) The Executive finds that due to the political instability and gridlock rendered by the Senate, Solentia's federal legislature, it is necessitated that the Ministries of Agriculture & Science no longer remain vacant.

Article 2) The Executive acknowledges that it is within his/her right and responsibility to keep the federal government of Solentia running with efficacy, mandating that no integral office remain unfilled.

Section II: Orders

Article 1) The Executive hereby orders that Barry Gilligan be appointed Minister of Agriculture until submittal and officiation of a new cabinet is enacted or the period of 5 years expires.

Article 2) The Executive hereby orders that the Unionist Party candidate of choice be appointed Minister of Science until submittal and officiation of a new cabinet is enacted or the period of 5 years expires.

Section III: Legality

Article 1) The order deemed necessary by the Executive will be recognized and established as ruling force.

Article 2) The order mandated by the Executive may be overturned by the Senate with a 2/3rds majority.
