Bill: Professional Retirement Age Increase (2145)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Front Canrillaise
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2146
Description[?]:
55 is too low an age to be retiring. If people retire this early then we will start to see a shortage in labour supply, and those who enjoy their jobs and wish to work longer would not be able to do so. Also, people would have less time to save money and their pension will be a great burden for the government and the economy. |
