| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=27">South Ocean Treaty Organisation ( SOTO )</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. The Liberal Conservative Party tried once to join the Federal Republic of Deltaria into this beneficial international arrangement. The Liberal Party wishes to attempt to do so again, and to that end we ask all parties to read the organisation charter and make a responsible decision. |
