[PREAMBLE] Due to the high cost of operating New Englia, it is best if Rutania discontinue its claims of control over New Englia. [PROVISIONS] I. New Englia shall be given full political independence from Rutania [AMENDMENTS] I. Repeal of the New Englia Purchase Act [APPENDIX] I. The present bill shall be adopted with 2/3 majority by the Parliament of the Republic of Rutania. II. This law will come into effect approximately 30 days after its passage |
