Due to the high cost of operating New Englia, it is best if Rutania discontinue its claims of control over New Englia.

I. New Englia shall be given full political independence from Rutania

I. Repeal of the New Englia Purchase Act

[APPENDIX]
I. The present bill shall be adopted with 2/3 majority by the Parliament of the Republic of Rutania.

II. This law will come into effect approximately 30 days after its passage

We disagree with this proposal and question the political motives behind this move by the UPR it seems that the UPR as of recently has begun to make many calls of the nation to give up things that have been given to us by right. Is the UPR doing this for the best interest of our people or for their own motives?
