Proposed: No new buildings may be constructed unless they feature provisions for civil defence.

| Message | We are part of the axis and supposedly have troops "peacekeeping lodamun" however due to recent upheavel in our nation it remains to be seen. If you wish to judge how militaristic we are i would look at the portion of the budget aportioned for defense, makes interesting reading. |
