| In the People's Republic of Dorvik we have established that the government has it's own television, telephone and internet services. Thus, we need a ministry that oversees the entirety of the telecommunications in Dorvik. The Minister of Telecommunications would be appointed just as any other Ministry and would be considered a full member of the Dorvish cabinet. |
