MessageMIP: The BLP is opposed because we donnot think this a state matter. There will always be a market for the so called lower income strata of our population. Supply and demand will determine the level of rent.

MessageBLP: I totally disagree with this, the housing the low income people can afford will not be of high quality and supply and demand will not create a fair level of rent, landlords don't want to help people, they want to make money.

MessageYes... and its not like any company is gonna go around making houses for the poor. Its not economically feasible, and they wouldnt make any money.

We support this bill.

MessageNo, the poor will not live in villa's but will be able to rent houses with acceptable standards. There is no proof by the way that the state can do a better job. It will just waste taxpayers money.
