| The tax on tobacco-products provides a very healthy income for the government, whether persons want to smoke or not should be up to them. Only allowing people to smoke in their houses is a strange law. Instead we should allow people to smoke outside but not allow them to smoke at any place of employment, this way the persons who can't stand the smoke do not get harmed. Smoking outside has no effect on asthma patients. |

Old value:: Smoking is only allowed in private homes and clubs.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
