Message | Mr. Speaker, The ULF cannot support Articles 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 14. This is because this is cornerstone legislation that the ULF put in place decades ago. While some of this is at the fault of the HCP, there were no problems with the former legislation. |
