Bill: Voluntary Recycling Act of 2145
Details
Submitted by[?]: Parti Monarchiste Catholique
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2146
Description[?]:
Colleagues, Currently our government forces private citizens to recycle. While we recognize that this may be good for the environment, we believe that this is not something the government should force its citizens to do. We are not opposed to mandatory recycling for industry, and we will keep this regulation in place. However, we believe the government's current policy violates the personal freedom of our citizens and is an overstepping of government authority. Thank you for your time. |
