| Message | It may seem odd that the last bill we proposed was a ban on cosmetic animal testing and now we are proposing to legalize scientific animal research. This is a very important issue to the MIP, we believe science and scientific thought is one of the most important things in the world. Animal testing for science is necessary, there is no way round it, there have been hundred of scientific advanced that would have been impossible without animal testing. However, the welfare of animals must be taken into account, we want as few animals as possible used and to give them the best conditions possible |
