| Message | My friends, there can be no question that this bill has been written with the best of intentions. However, the fourth article of the treaty recommends what is effectively an open border system. Open border systems are wholly detrimental to culture and individuality of a naion, and before I could vote on this bill I would ask for either an explanation of the article in question or an ammendment to the treaty to rectify the open border that it requests. |
