| As things stand, the beloved capital of Deltaria, Menkask, stands directly in the province which boarders the Jelbanian capital state of Perimor. While the Liberal Movement were not the ones to get Deltaria into this mess with our closest neighbours, we will have to be the ones that think of the people and assure that they are not harmed by Government decisions. While we loathe to move government processes from Menkask - which has always stood as a symbol of Deltarian Democracy for as long as the Liberal Movement and its prior organisations can remember, we feel like it is a must for the time being - for the security of government and the people that work in its public service. It is our intention to return to Menkask once hostilities have calmed. We can only hope that the day will come before it is razed by the machines of a vile war. |
