MessageThe socialists are once again trying to tackle the successful Law-and-Order-policies introduced by the conservative bloc. The socialists want to ban paramilitaries due to their fear of revolts as a result of their authoritarian, inhuman ruling style.

MessageI do not understand mr. Von Tannenberg's statement. To me, this bill is about national security and not about socialism or liberaldemocratic values. This Government believes that in a civil society the military should stay in the barracks and that paramilitary units (who serve political party intrests only) has no role to play in a democratic ruled state. In the BRD "battles are fought in the Bundestag" and not otherwise.

Could the LDP clarify their position on not having a civil police force and alowing militia's of political parties ?

MessageWe believe in a cooperation between military and police forces in order to guarantee maximum striking power. And paramilitaries are now required more than ever before in order to counter authoritarian tendencies in the government if necessary.

MessageI'm trying to follow the reasoning of mr. Tannenberg. If I understand him well he's actually saying that he wants to give the current Government, which the LDP detest, more means to defend itself against the......"ehem" the LDP and KP ?
