Bill: Cabinet Proposal of November 3209

Details

Submitted by[?]: Rutanian Elitist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3210

Description[?]:

The political scene of the Commonwealth seems to be stabilized. We have no more anti-system parties such as the Axis of Evil, so I do not see the need to maintain large governmental coalitions. I am proposing a cabinet mained up of the REP and the Consarvative Party, whose voters also supported my election. This would be a functional cabinet with a confortable majority support in the Parliament, and would lack the risks that are inherent in large coalitions involving many parties.

I wish luck to the new cabinet members, and I am looking forward to work with them.

Armand Klausenburg,
President of Rutania
