Seriously though why should a prisoner who was convicted of molesting a young citizen or a prisoner who brutally murdered his wife and three kids receive the privilege of being thoroughly educated? Education is in fact a privilege not a right contrary to popular belief. I hope the KRA doesn't try to "define" what kind of education should be implemented and what "type" of criminals should qualify. For as I have stated before if the government/majority has the power of "Definition" it can be changed and modified on demand - thus anything is possible - it's better to have limited majority rule in case the majority becomes "Nazi"...ect. |
