| This shall enhance the Marshall law plan, which was passed in 3205 ordered by the Supreme President William Coolwithy. NOTICE: The National Imperial Supreme Court shall continue after the discontinuation of the Marshall law/emergency plan in 3220 or later. ............ Effective Immediately: As soon as the Amendment Passes ........... Section One Article One, All citizens That are out passed the Curfew Shall be arrested and tried At once. Article Two, All Anti government protesters that cause violence and public disorder, shall be arrested and imprisoned without trial and notice. Article Three, All Public trials are to be subjected to new courting system rules. Article Four, All Public trials are to be reviewed by a higher court.(which is too be created in section two) ..................................... SECTION TWO... Article One, A new Court shall be created called the (National Imperial Supreme Court) ..................... Appotiment and duties of the Court (SECTION B) ..................... I)The court members shall total to 13. II)The members of the court shall be appointed by the Supreme President. III)The members of the court shall review national law and judge law to be Lawful or unlawful. IV)The members of the court shall also review lower court decisions. V) The members of the court shall be appointed every Four Years. VI) The Members of the court have no term limits and can have "extended terms, if approved by the Supreme President. ..................... Section Three ..................... Rights of the Supreme President to dictate to the National Imperial Supreme Court. ..................... I) The president has a right to pardon the members of the Court. II) The president has a right to fire at any time the members of the court. III) The president has a right to extend term limits. .....................
