Message | Mr. Speaker, (5) Both signatories shall recognize that this treaty is not a military alliance aimed at mutual defence or a shared desire for an aggressive foreign policy, that this treaty is mainly concerned with mutual prosperity, both economically and culturally. It goes to say it is not a military alliance and we will support and with us having a mandate to lead we are doing so. |
