Article 1: No MU party shall add articles to an MU Resolution which shall include bills, treaties, new cabinets, new elections, national, regional, and city names changes, taxation changes, or spending changes. Article 2: Any MU resolution with added articles including bills, treaties, new cabinets, new elections, national, regional, and city names changes, taxation changes, or spending changes will be void.
