| This resolution is to alter border security with regards to the poor relations with Davostan. ======================================================================================== Davostan has provoked Hutori by ratifying the International Hutorian Embargo Supreme Treaty (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1986) In accordance with this, Hutori will pass this resolution to ensure the security of our nation from a potential attack. ======================================================================================== Articles. I. The Hutorian border with Davostan will now be closed. II. All trade with Davostan is hereby suspended. III. All Davostani assets in Hutori will be seized by the state. IV. The military will take over protection of the border and are allowed to place whatever deemed necessary to ensure our nations security. V. All Davostani diplomats will be returned to Davostan and the Hutorian diplomat recalled. ===================================================================================== This resolution will stay in effect until, I. Davostan withdraws from the International Hutorian Embargo Supreme Treaty (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1986). II. The Hutorian House of Parliament votes to overturn this resolution. |
