Message | While innocuous on the surface, the cataloging of citizens and visitors' religious affiliations and racial background is a dangerous practice which could easily be misused for profiling, compulsory registration and tracking of so-called "unwanteds", and even unwarrented incarceration and/or deportment based solely on personal and family background. Lodamun has always treasured its history as a free society. We hope one day to achieve the social status where none of us see fit to discriminate for or against someone based on their race or their creed, and we can take proactive measures towards this goal by removing such differences within the government's filing procedures. |
