MessageOOC: I don't see why it even matters. No one in Kazulia contested the OOC status of the monarchy during your time in Kizenia.

I'll support this.

MessageWe reject this naturally. Now is the ideal time for a democratic Kazulian republic.

Message(OOC: Moderation raised concerns that I handed over the monarchy to you later then required. Therefore, that makes the monarchy void and no longer existent.)

MessageThis vote is not legitimate. You need to actually propose a new name for the king/monarch.

Message(OOC: Its very much legitimate. We're electing a new house, not a new monarch.)

MessageOOC: Then the name of the king must surely change. And this requires a two-thirds majority (490 votes) as well.

Message(OOC: Once the house is elected the new monarch will ascend the throne. The monarch's name will simply be changed by the legislature since that's how game mechanics work. In reality, whether you block the vote or not he'll be ascending the throne anyway)

Message(OOC: Of course they will. By game mechanics they won't be a monarch however by roleplay they will. I mean, unless you want a dead King as the head of state which would be ridiculous.

Nevertheless, you're not getting your republic. If you want to play in a republican nation you have 33 to chose from.)

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
