This bill removes some responsibilities from the federal government, and puts them back in the hands of the local governments who can manage the progams more effectively. These include education, police, and fire departments, as well as unnecessary media subsidies which only support misleading government propaganda. |

Message | We find ourselves in agreement with all but the 4th article. In our considered opinion, a national police department for the enforcement of Federal legislation is a necessity. Otherwise, the enforcement of Federal policy may be inconsistant among the various regions and dependant on the whims of the local authorities. |
