| Message | We find ourselves in agreement with all but the 4th article. In our considered opinion, a national police department for the enforcement of Federal legislation is a necessity. Otherwise, the enforcement of Federal policy may be inconsistant among the various regions and dependant on the whims of the local authorities. |
