Message | "I must say I've had quite enough of the PfI's leader Ms. Lazereva being bought off with the PM's office even though they are the smaller coalition party. To the CCP I say this: You have won the election, and the PfI by rights should be your JUNIOR coalition partner, so that a right-wing Prime Minister will take office ahead of a right and centre-right cabinet. The people voted for it, it should be so. I will not oppose a CCP-PfI cabinet in which the CCP take the Premiership. I will not be offering the Premiership to the PfI in any other cabinet agreement either. If the PfI take the view that they are not willing to be coalition partners with the CCP unless they get the Premiership, and would prefer, in terms of ideology and not jobs, to be in a coalition with the Social Congress and the Labour Party, we may enter talks, on the basis that our leader Enda Cosgrave will be the Prime Minister. If this proposal does pass in the house, then I put it to you all that the CCP will find themselves not nearly as powerful as they might wish to have been given their very very impressive election result." Fraces O'Higgins Deputy Leader and Finance Spokesperson, the Social Congress |

Message | In case other parties can't access that, it's a poll showing that only 11% of PfI voters had the CCP as their sceond choice. 51.5% of them had the Labour Party as their second choice, and about 37% the Social Congress. Perhaps then, the people did not vote for a rightwing CCP-PfI government! Perhaps they voted for a centrist SC-PfI-Lab government! |

Message | "Dear Fraces O'Higgins, CCP and PfI were in coalition before this election. The people voted for this coalition, i do not feel, that we betray our voters in continuing the cooperation we were going into the election with. We never claimed different and the leadership of the Party for Individualism is glad to see the great election success now. It is not about the Prime Minister job, why we like to work with our coalition partner, but it is the deep will to really change something in Cobura. Economically, lowering taxes etc. We do have a political agenda! The Party for Individualism has had a lot of experience in the past with being Head of Government and we wish to contribute our experience to the Coburan people. We want to serve Cobura and we want to give our best. That ist why we wish to be in Prime Minister's office, not because we need to have the power or such. And believe me, the CCP has the power in this cabinet, which they deserve. As you said: It is about political ideology and not only about cabinet positions, where this will be shown. We respect our partner the highest and will follow his lead on many important terms in the coming years og government" - Helena Lazareva, Prime Minister |

Message | "I believe Ms. Lazareva has done a good job as Prime Minister of our fine nation, and the CCP will continue to support her. I do not care about the Social Congress supporting a coalition I propose and as you can see, the bill passed, and your coarse words were for naught. Furthermore, I do not like to be lectured on my 'rights' and the protocol of coalitions. We can make our own decisions on minister appointments and other coalition issues." Matthew Hogan Chairman of the CCP |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
